6 Week Program

Practice Format: Jamboree Method -  Player and Parent Participation Required 
Master Coach will address entire player/parent group and discuss/demonstrate activity/drill. Master Coach will divide players/parents into random groups and assign space to practice each activity, with assigned Assistant coach.  Parent will assist their child in performing activity as Coaches circulate through to advise and assist.

Note:  Master Coach will be adding Basic Motor Skills into practice to improve overall balance and coordination for each player – some of these activity will be with ball and some without.

GAME DAY
First teams on Schedule paint  field, set goals and corner flags.
Last teams to take down goals, corner flags, cones and return to storage area.

Schedule Provided:  9am or 11am alternating weeks

Session Schedule: (parent participation required)
10 Minute Group Warm-up and stretches
25 Minutes Skills and Training Games
5 Minutes water break
25 Minutes Game
10 Minutes Post Game Snack

Game - Play 4 V 4  
Game Time: 10 Minute Halves with a water break at about 5 Mins. and player substitution are done at this time.
5 Minute 1/2 Time Break. 
Each team provide one referee for the game, 1 center referee, 1 time keeper along with a team manager for each team(to manage line-up card)

Standards of Play
Kick Offs, Kick-ins (instead of throw-ins), goal kicks, corner kicks are used to start and restart play
Opponents should retreat back to to 1/2 line on goal kicks
Opponents should be 10 feet away from the ball on all other restarts
No Penalty Kicks
No Off-sides

Start of Play
The game should be started with a kick off in the middle of the field
The coaches will assist players to determine which team starts the game with a flip of a coin, and the opposing team starts the second half

Mandatory for Training sessions and Games
Shoes (Soccer/Athletic)
Shin guards (Properly Worn inside of socks)
Size 3 Soccer Ball (Inflated)
Water Jug/Sunscreen
AYSO Issued Uniform, with Paid Season Fees
Smiles and Positive Attitudes (All)
