Bring one copy of the player registration and drop off at one of the above registrations dates Pay on-line and bring a copy of the receipt (all major credit cards accepted)
Present a copy of the player birth certificate (registration name must match birth certificate) A non-refundable AYSO National Membership fee of $17.50 is assessed
Verify uniform size (all sales final)
Complete volunteer form and present a government ID
COST = $70.00 (U4-U8) and $85.00 (U10 and above)
